Home Assist Health is a personalized care provider that helps you maintain your independence, and keeps you connected to your community.
Some of the simple things in life can become difficult to manage, but our caregivers are here for you. Depending on your needs or lifestyle, we are happy to be an extension of your family and a trusted caregiver.
Your Support & Care Services
Respite Care
For your short-term needs. If your caregiver is on vacation, out shopping or just needs a break, we can offer respite care in temporary situations.
Services include: A combination of attendant care, companionship, and housekeeping. Based on need, we provide primary caregivers with a break to care for their own health and well-being.
Personal Care
If you have just been released from the hospital, or if you need some help with bathing or personal hygiene, then we recommend personalized care.
Services include: Respectful assistance with bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, transfer from bed to wheelchair and other activities of daily living.
Habilitation
Self-help skill development for independence, socialization and enhanced life quality at home and within the community.
Services include: One-to-one teaching for improved communication skills, socialization, motor and cognitive functioning and training on personal and physical care needs.
Attendant Care
Ideal for your long-term needs and would enable you to remain at home as an alternative to a nursing home or long-term care facility.
Services include: Planning and preparing meals, cleaning, laundry, medication reminders, companionship, light housekeeping, fall prevention measures , errands and other types of non-medical care.
Housekeeping
If you are aging at home, disabled, recently hospitalized, or have a chronic medical condition that has left you unable to perform housecleaning tasks.
Services include: Light housekeeping including cleaning, dishes and laundry. No windows.
