Sara Wilson is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Home Assist Health, where she has led the organization for more than a decade. With over 20 years of experience in home- and community-based care, she is a passionate advocate for seniors and individuals with disabilities and complex health needs. Sara is recognized for her innovative, person-centered leadership that promotes self-determination and independence. 

Under her guidance, Home Assist Health has grown into one of the most innovative home care agencies in the Southwest. Her leadership has earned national recognition, including Home Care Pulse’s nine-year consecutive Leader in Experience Award, the AZ Business Angels Award, the E57 Diversity Builder Award, and selection to Aging Media’s Health Care News Future Leaders Class of 2020. Beyond her role at Home Assist Health, Sara serves on several national and local boards, including the Partnership for Medicaid Home-Based Care, the Home Care Association of America, and the Mayo Community Advisory Board.

Born in Nebraska and raised in Arizona, Sara blends Midwestern roots with a Southwestern perspective in her leadership. With a strong focus on community and family, she is driven to advance home-based care, helping others live their best life. For Sara, that means spending time with her family, volunteering, staying active, and enjoying the outdoors.
