Matthew Brosius is the Vice President of Finance at Home Assist Health, where he plays a key role in shaping the organization’s long-term strategy and ensuring its ability to deliver high-quality, person-centered care. With more than 25 years of experience spanning finance, operations, and organizational leadership, Matthew brings both technical expertise and a strong passion for mission-driven work. At Home Assist Health, he oversees financial performance, operational systems, and internal processes, with a focus on sustainable growth and strengthening resources that directly benefit members and CarePros.
Before joining Home Assist Health, Matthew held leadership roles including Finance Manager at Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health and co-founder and CFO of Youth and Families First, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting youth with behavioral health challenges and mentoring young people in the Arizona court system. Originally from Oregon, Matthew has called Arizona home for more than two decades. Outside of work, he enjoys bowling and traveling with his family.
