Maryann Tarango

Vice President of Human Resources

Maryann joined Home Assist Health on September 8, 2026. Maryann has over 20 years of HR leadership experience, employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management and compensation and benefits management. She previously served as Director of Human Resources at Hospice Promise, Human Resources Manager at DuroBag, and Sunstar Industries, and Operations Manager at MSSR Property Management.

Her experience spans healthcare, manufacturing, distribution, and property management, giving her a broad perspective on the unique people and operational challenges organizations face. Maryann is passionate about creating workplaces where employees feel valued, supported, and empowered to succeed. Outside of work Maryann enjoys spending time with family and friends and trips to Mexico.
