Dr. Marc M. Washington Sr. serves as Vice President of Human Resources at Home Assist Health, bringing more than 30 years of leadership experience in human resources, employee relations, talent acquisition, and organizational strategy.
Dr. Washington served 27 years in the U.S. Army, most recently as a Commander, where he held multiple executive human resources leadership roles, including HR Director and HR/Employee Relations Director. His experience spans healthcare, manufacturing, and military organizations.
Most recently, Dr. Washington served as Regional HR Manager at B. Braun Medical in Phoenix and previously as Vice President of Human Resources at ZEVx Inc. in Gilbert.
In his role at Home Assist Health, Dr. Washington leads human resources strategy and operations, focusing on strengthening talent acquisition and retention, enhancing employee engagement, and supporting long-term workforce planning and development. His leadership helps ensure caregivers and professionals are supported in delivering compassionate care across Arizona.
Recognized for his commitment to mentorship and selfless service, Dr. Washington has also served in leadership roles within the community, including as former Vice Chairman of the Board for Mesa Save the Family and as a board member for RRW Non-Profit, assisting veterans with substance abuse challenges.
