Christina Rothlisberger
Vice President of Operations
Christina Nelson Rothlisberger is the Vice President of Operations at Home Assist Health, joining the team in July 2025. With more than 25 years of experience in operations, human resources, employee engagement, safety, and organizational development, she brings deep expertise in modernizing compliance and risk management systems. At Home Assist Health, she prepares the organization for operational and regulatory growth and Medicare certification, ensures Medicaid program licensure and audit readiness, and serves as a neutral party in grievance and incident management.
Christina previously served as Director of Human Resources at Sun Life Health Center, Human Resources Manager at Lucid Motors, and Senior General Manager at Vantec-Hitachi Logistics. She holds both a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Phoenix and is a Certified Labor Relations Professional. Originally from Mississippi, Christina has called Arizona home for over six years. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and being near the beach whenever she can.
