The Mighty Oak Award is an annual award for office staff at Home Assist Health. The award is given to a member of the office who has made a great contribution to Home Assist Health in some way throughout the past year. That contribution can take many forms: Creating and implementing a new process, streamlining an existing process, coming up with a new marking idea, finding a better way to make our members’ experience better, etc.
This year, nominations were reviewed by the directors and the recipient is chosen based on consensus of the group. We would like to sincerely congratulate this year’s winner, Laura Mann.

“If Laura doesn’t know the answer to a problem, she will say so and find a resolution. She’s a true problem solver.”
