Congratulations to Belle Miles, who has been selected as our Caregiver of the Month for September! Belle has been a provider of services for Home Assist Health since 2014. She has worked both on our DDD side as a DSP and on our MCO side as a DCW. She provides services to both her husband (MCO) and her son (DDD) Belle is consistent with clocking in and out with our EVV in Matrix. She is communicative and completes her documentation on time. During visits, she has demonstrated her meticulous menus for her son who is on the autism spectrum. He has a difficult time, finding the right kind of food/nutrition he enjoys. She has developed a menu specifically designed around his likes. She has demonstrated during visits (both son and husband present), that she has a routine set for their care. She is strict to follow that routine to ensure both men are receiving quality services which include living their best lives.
