Here at Home Assist Health, we have been working tirelessly on behalf of all of our direct care workers (DCWs) to secure higher wages that you all deserve.
We are excited to announce that beginning Jan. 1, 2021, the hourly rate for DCWs will increase to $12.35 per hour. This increase is above the State of Arizona’s rate, which is will rise by $.15.
As we approach 2021, we are continuing to go to the capital and educate our legislative leaders on the importance of home care and the continue need of change for the benefits of DCW and our members.
