Meet New Team Members: Patricia Cordova and Kira McClinton

We have some new faces as part of the Home Assist Health leadership team.

Patricia Cordova, Executive Operations Director

Patricia comes to us with more than 30 years of experience in the non-profit world of human resources and compliance. As a fourth generation Arizonan, she has worked in various industries including banking, healthcare, law enforcement and human services. She considers herself a lifelong student and is currently working towards a Master’s degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology at Grand Canyon University. She is excited to join Home Assist Health and be part of the history that brings one of the most important kinds of care to the Valley of the Sun.

When she is not working or studying, she is enjoying her three doggies, browsing the local bookstore, and spending as much time as possible with her four grown children and two grandsons.

Kira McClinton, Executive Director of Programs

Kira brings nearly 20 years of healthcare experience  and is excited to bring her innovation to our team of more than 500 caregivers here at Home Assist Health and to advocate for the vulnerable populations we serve. She has pioneered some incredible programs and partnerships over the years including a loaner closet through community collaborations within a local hospital system to serve its most vulnerable population and relentless servants heart to serve and protect GOD’s children. She is a great mentor to caregivers and encourages them never to give up and to understand the meaningful work that caregivers provide.

When she is not at work she is a busy mom, raising her big family of five children with her husband. She loves crafting, swimming and makes sure the weekly date nights with her husband remain on the calendar!

Thank you both for everything you have already done. We are excited to have you as part of the team.
