Home Assist Health is proud to announce our May Caregiver of the Month, Luis Estrada! He has been an integral part of providing compassionate care to our members here at Home Assist Health. Luis consistently focuses on his members and makes each one of them feel like family. His journey as a Home Assist Health caregiver began in June of 2021. The passion for helping others runs in the family and he credits his mother with his decision to become a caregiver. In fact, she worked as a caregiver for Home Assist Health many years ago. He says watching her and knowing the difference she was making in so many lives drew him to continue the family tradition of caregiving.
Here at Home Assist Health, we pride ourselves on showing consistency when providing quality care. One of his supervisors said, “Luis has been consistent and calls off with time if needed. He makes sure all members needs are met.” To those considering becoming a caregiver, Luis’ advice to them is this: “Be respectful to the clients and treat them like you would treat your family.” Thank you, Luis, for ensuring our members are well taken care of.
