Congratulations to Home Assist Health’s caregiver of the month for June 2022, Evelyn Jiraud! Evelyn has been an active caregiver since 2012 and epitomizes our core value: compassionate empathy. She started working in this fulfilling field when her sister was a client and needed services. Seeing that she could improve the quality of life for a loved one, she rose to occasion and kindly become her sister’s caregiver. Evelyn is known to put that same level of compassion into everything she does within our organization. She is known to go above and beyond for her patients and co-workers alike.
We are overjoyed to recognize Evelyn for all the hard work and effort she has put forth since she joined Home Assist Health. Evelyn is pure of heart, consistently a high performer, and a valued asset to our team, so much so that her mangers affectionally refer to her as “the angel”. When asked what advice she would give to someone looking to join this career path, she stated, “Be honest, be compassionate, and be empathetic. We must always be responsible”. When Evelyn is not helping those in our community, she enjoys watching television, spending time with her grandchildren, and rejoicing in her time alone with the Lord.
