For those of you that are using the In The Know online training platform, there’s an app for that!
It’s called the In the Know App, and it’s easy to install and get started. Here is how you get it:
• Choose the appropriate link to download the app based on the type of smart phone you have.

• Install the app onto your smart phone or tablet.
• Open the app and login.
• Use the same username and password you use to log into the web portal.
• The app will save your username and password for future login events.
Once you have the app on your device, you can download your courses when you have access to the Internet. Download the courses and you can take those courses offline (when you are in a place that does not have Internet access). The app should upload any testing results when you reconnect to Wifi or you can screenshot your results and share with Human Resources at [email protected].
