Every month, we honor and recognize a caregiver who is not only a pleasure to work with, but goes above and beyond their job responsibilities. Our February caregiver of the month, Samuel Molla, is a prime example of what it means to put compassion in action. He is one of our incredibly warmhearted caregivers who has been with us for more than 19 years. Sam’s caregiving style allows his members to take charge of their lives and stay safe at home.
Sam has been described by numerous Office Staff as: dependable, reliable, always on time, kind, respectful and a good communicator. When Sam calls into the office, staff smile because they can hear his smile in his friendly greetings. Sam works well with a variety of members with different levels of needs. He is skilled in all caregiving areas: personal care, housekeeping, meal prep, transfers, Hoyer lifts and DDD. He is considerate of the members’ comfort and all aspects of care including making sure the environment and temperature is up to par with their needs. Sam has the ultimate trust of his supervisor, “When he is on the case, I know everything will be taken care of.” Thank you Sam for being a dedicated member of our Home Assist Health Team!
