Dear Caregiver,
By now you have learned and should be using the Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) system for clocking in and out. If you are not using it, contact us right away 602-795-7620. This is a federal requirement under the CURES ACT. ALL Arizona Long Term Care Providers and caregivers must use Electronic Visit Verification in order to be paid. In accordance to the Federal and State Rules, Home Assist Health will stop accepting paper time sheets March 22. Electronic Visit Verification will save you time and money. It will reduce costs related to faxing, travel time and lost time sheets. Using the Electronic Visit Verification system just requires you to check in and check out for every shift.
EVV will be the ONLY way to document your hours for payment. Please call the office today to ensure that your email and phone numbers have been verified or with any further questions, concerns or barriers.
