Sometimes we find ourselves or our members in immediate need for social services. Did you know that you can call 2-1-1 and be connected with someone in your area right away about social service needs? 2-1-1 is a 24/7 resource where experts can guide you in any direction regarding needs in all areas of health and well-being. In Arizona, you can call 877-211-8661, call 2-1-1 or go to www.211.org.

Social services include but are not limited to: crisis, emergency or disaster assistance, essential needs like groceries or transportation, help with information regarding COVID-19, rent or mortgage assistance, nutritional assistance and mental health support.

Please don’t discount your mental health during these times! COVID-19 has impacted the mental health and well-being of all of us, and it’s important to recognize the added stresses and thresholds for us and those we care for.
