Congratulations to Makayla Nanez, who has been selected as our Caregiver of the Month for December! Makayla has been a provider of services for Home Assist Health for 4 months. She provides care for a member that has a very special diet, personal needs and memory issues and performs at a high level. She came to us with no experience in the field but performs like she has done this work her whole life, thanks to her aunt who recommended that Makayla would be an excellent CarePro. The advice that Makayla gives to someone considering being a CarePro is if you are not sure just follow through because you might love it more than you think. If you add more experience in life the more, you will succeed.
On Makayla’s downtime she studies as she is in school to become a Veterinarian Assistant. Her dog just had puppies, so she is busy taking care of them.
