Home Assist Health is thrilled to announce our September Caregiver of the Month, Valerie Ellis. Valerie has been a member of Home Assist Health for 5 months. Although she only has 5 months working at Home Assist Health, she has 9 years of experience working as a caregiver. She worked in an assisting living facility in Wickenburg before she made her way to Home Assist Health. During her 5 short months here at Home Assist Health, Valerie has shown exemplary actions of what it means to go above and beyond for the clients she cares for. She has recently endured some personal struggles but that hasn’t stopped her from providing services. Valerie will travel more than an hour to go to some of the clients that were assigned to her and has gone no matter the time of day. No matter if it’s day or night she will be there! Valerie’s reasoning for her actions, “Caring for others is a joy and I believe that God wants us to do this from our hearts. I believe out of all the jobs a person can have Caregiving is the most heartfelt Job.” Thank you, Valerie, for being so loving and attentive to the members you serve. Congratulations on this award!
