$250 Referral & Sign-On Bonus Through November 30, 2020
There is still time to earn more money, especially with the holidays approaching! Our Referral & Sign-On Bonus Campaign is still in effect through November 30, 2020. You and your referral can each earn up to $250!
The $250 bonus applies to newly hired Direct Care Workers (“New DCW”) starting between 6/1/2020 through 11/30/2020.
An initial $50 bonus is paid to both the New DCW and the Referring DCW Staff once the New Hire successfully completes all training, immunization/background requirements and first full shift assignment.
A $200 bonus balance is paid upon completion of 90 days of employment and 240 total hours working with members (equal to 20 hours per week) to both New DCW and Referring DCW Staff that are active, in good standing and have a current schedule.
