Help Put a Stop to the Pandemic – Get the COVID-19 Vaccine

With the recent roll out of the COVID-19 vaccine in Maricopa County, we are excited to announce that our direct care workers may qualify for the COVID-19 vaccine as part of the Phase 1A group.

What Does Phase 1A Mean?

The CDC put out guidelines and prioritization lists for those who should be vaccinated first. As a direct care worker, you are a top priority because of your critical role of keeping our most vulnerable population safe by caring for them in their own homes. Your role is critical, and you play an essential role in keeping our community healthy. Protecting yourself also helps protect your members and your family, especially those who may be at higher risk for severe illness from COVID-19.

Lead the way! Encourage your coworkers, patients, family and friends to get vaccinated.

Where Can I Get a COVID-19 Vaccine?

The Maricopa County Department of Public Health (MCDPH) is prioritizing healthcare workers to receive the vaccine as it becomes available. Their screening tool will aid MCDPH in identifying eligible individuals and connecting them with their assigned regional provider, based on the location of their primary worksite.
